Today, with the price of an oil barrel, oil and gas fields are more and more equipped with
pressure and temperature gauges, flowmeters and any others instruments that can provide

1. Artificial Lift design:
Thanks to the Design module, Well
Engineers are able to select the artificial lift
equipment (ESP and GAS Lift are available at
that time) that will allow the well to produce at
its maximum. Sensitivities to each parameter
are easy to determine so as it’s easy to
check that the equipment will still be suitable
after few months or years of production.

2. Production Monitoring :
Thanks to a smart-alarming system,
CleverField displays on friendly screens the
behavior of the field, a platform or a single
well. With few mouse clicks, Well Engineers
have access to all the information that are
stored in the RTDB (values, trends alarms,
last well test, inflow performance, outflow
performance, etc).

3. Artificial Lift Diagnosis:
Thanks to clever indicators (calculated by
wells modelisation software like Prosper if
needed), CleverField check integrity of the
well and Artificial Lift equipments (Gas Lift
and ESP, by comparison between values
coming from the field and coming from
Prosper results.
Results are shown on friendly Graphs so as
that it’s easy to make a powerful diagnosis.

CleverField is continuously checking that all
the wells are producing at their maximums,
that means that the target flowrate is
achieved or the artificial lift equipment is at its
limits. If it’s not the case, Well Engineers are
informed by alarms.

With CleverField it has never been so easy to check that wells models and production network models are
matched. If it’s not the case, CleverField “Openserver” command will do it for you. You then just have to
simulate different production scenarios and apply the best one.
